O-01-997 is an humanoid abnormality, branching off from Four-hundred Roses (F-04-16-04) as an Original. They are average height (being taller due to the vines, etc.) with pale hair and skin, red roses covering the right side of their face and dark maroon eyes. They have red, root-like wings and bloody vines.
